Stuart Hart is head of GIA’s Building Consultancy, a new multi-disciplined department which provides services for the commercial market. Stuart has worked as a Building Surveyor serving the commercial market for 10 years, predominantly as project manager for refurbishment, renovation and building works. Works designed and managed by the team range from high-end residential refurbishment and redevelopment, to commercial fit-out. Examples include 40 Lime Street, 15 Bonhill Street and 33 Gresse Street.
