Ever fancied downing a pint of the black stuff at the bottom of the sea?

Guinness fans have been offered a gateway to underwater fantasy thanks to Shoreditch-based Jump Studios, which has completed a deep-sea bar for the Dublin brewery inside a submarine.

The 11m² interior fit-out celebrates the 250th anniversary of Arthur Guinness’ signing of a 9,000-year lease on the stout’s famous St. James’ Gate Brewery in Dublin.

A Baltic sea voyage inside the Stockholm archipelago-based vessel was one of three prizes on offer as part of a promotional competition. The glass-reinforced plastic featured sculpted nooks and recessed discs to serve as receptacles for the all-important cans.
