Ecophon’s Focus Fixiform
Ecophon’s Focus™ Fixiform is an efficient product for use when creating sharp vertical transitions in ceilings. It is a solution that enables the ceiling contractor to carry out every stage of installation and provides a finished result that perfectly matches the rest of the ceiling.
Reinforcing the fold
After arriving on site flat packed, it is simply folded to create a level change of up to 1930mm. A concealed aluminium rod reinforces the fold. This provides a solution with good resistance to impact and knocks.
Accurate angles
The Connect Hook ensures an accurate 90º angle. The system can be installed by one contractor in minutes rather than hours or days.
Reinforcing plug
A plastic reinforcing plug is installed at the joint to give the vertical surface a clean appearance. With ‘Class A’ sound absorption and with the same high performance Akutex FT surface as our ‘Focus’ suspended ceiling range, giving continuity between level changes and ceiling integration.
A Neat Finish
To ensure a neat finished result the plug is carefully aligned with the edge of the sound absorber. The system is also fully demountable which can affect significant savings when there is a need to make changes to ductwork, services or layout.
