Office block becomes top class Hotel, with help from CEP

CEP

Petrarch architectural wall panels from cladding specialist CEP Claddings have played a prominent role in the redevelopment of a former office building into one of West London’s most luxurious new hotels.

The Chiswick Moran Hotel – formerly Adelaide House, a government tax office at 626 Chiswick High Road – has been completely re-modelled by the Dublin-based Moran Group at a cost of some £13 million. The new hotel provides 123 rooms including deluxe and executive rooms, junior suites and penthouse suites. It boasts a luxurious interior featuring bespoke joinery and décor in a 1950s ‘retro-chic’ style which Moran Group describes as “traditional British with an American twist”.
