LSFS was appointed to deliver the façade package at Sturlas Way, a new residential development in Waltham Cross that features a combination of shared ownership, affordable rent and key worker properties. The five-storey steel framed building, which is horse-shoe shaped in plan, was fitted with 2000m² of infill panels complete with carrier boards and clad with an insulated and low-maintenance render system.
