Lignacite Ltd
Lignacite's Roofblock is the ideal alternative to wooden and PVCu fascias and soffits as it neither rots nor fades and requires no maintenance. PVCu soffits also require a timber frame which can sweat in contact with the PVCu causing gradual deterioration. The moulded concrete block adds strength to the roof and visual distinctiveness to eaves and verges. Fixed as part of a building's brickwork it won the 2007 RICS Sustainability Award.
