    Intruiging choice between five 'polite / tasteful / bit dull' schemes, and one 'eye-catching / instantly memorable / Marmite' scheme (F). Not at all obvious which of the six named practices would have come up with F. Whether offering something which might frighten the horses is a good strategy for winning a competition is an interesting debating point.

    CABE has always had plenty of critics, so no surprise that some of those commenting are pleased by the news. But perhaps they should let us know who they are? Then we might be able to work out if they are people whose projects have been criticised by CABE (just a thought); and form our own view about who was right.
