Woods Bagot aims high in Manchester

Woods Bagot's London office has submitted plans for this massive skyscraper in Manchester.

The 100,000m 2development - which would be six storeys taller than 30 St Mary Axe in London - is proposed for a site adjacent to the city's Piccadilly Station.

The scheme features new public spaces, plazas and a bridge link connecting the site to the station while the tower, which will be mainly residential, will also include a five-star hotel.
