The £76million building contains a new campus library, two lecture theatres, broadcast quality TV studios, seminar spaces and design studios.

The 17,000m² school of architecture has been designed to ‘encourage discussion, exchange and inspired learning’. At its heart is a large open-plan studio space and a ‘Crit Pit’, which will host debates, exhibitions and discussions.

The building is due to open to students next month (September).
