Varley Halls is a residential site on the outskirts of Brighton currently providing 495 student bed spaces in various buildings dating from the 1970s and early 1990s. A requirement has been identified to replace some or all of the 1970s buildings, update/reconfigure the 1990s buildings and to provide new accommodation to increase the number of bed spaces to an approximate overall total of up to 1,000.
