TP Bennett wins Wandsworth planning

TP Bennett Architects has been given the go-ahead for this six-storey residential development on the banks of the River Thames, in Wandsworth, south-west London.

Designed for Berkeley Homes (Southern), the building in Point Pleasant will house 72 one-bedroom and two-bedroom flats - 25 per cent of which will be affordable units.

The scheme also includes a basement car park with space for 60 vehicles and a communal landscaped garden, created by landscape designer Fabrik.
