TP Bennett opens Manchester office

Architecture and design practice TP Bennett has opened a regional office in Manchester to target business growth in the north

It said the expansion would enable the practice to provide on-the-ground support to long-standing framework clients and take advantage of growing opportunities in the region.

The new office in King Street will offer architectural, interiors and planning services across 11 sectors, and is staffed by an established team that has relocated from London under director Leigh Dimelow.

TP Bennett principal director and co-chairman Richard Beastall said market signals indicated the time was right to expand outside of London.

‘We have built strong relationships with major clients across the region and are looking forward to further strengthening these with the additional presence of an expert, regional team,’ he said.

The practice has 220 staff and affiliate offices in more than 20 countries.
