The University of Glamorgan, in conjunction with the Arts Council of Wales, wiches to procure a consortium of consultants - led by an architectural consultant - to undertake a feasibility study for the proposed new Arts Centre in Methyr Tydfill.Subject to the recommendations of the feasibility study, and the obtaining of grant funding for capital costs the consortium may be retained to oversee the design and construction of the Arts Centre.
