Terry Farrell’s Founder’s Place finally wins approval

Secretary of State Hazel Blears has finally approved Terry Farrell’s controversial Founder’s Place scheme for Guy's and St Thomas' Hospital in south London

Originally rejected by Lambeth Council’s planning committee back in 2006, the huge residential-led development opposite St Thomas' Hospital in the Lambeth Palace conservation area was given the thumbs-up by the head of the Department for Communities and Local Government yesterday.
