Stride Treglown's mixed-use plans for Bristol win go-ahead

Stride Treglown has been given the green light for a mixed-use scheme in Bristol city centre.

Located in Wine Street, the scheme, backed by developer Urbina, will convert three existing buildings and a service yard to house 1,600m2 of retail space and 8,000m2 of office accommodation.

The building will feature a ‘dynamic’ flush facade with black stone panels and tinted glazing that will change its appearance depending on light conditions.

According to the firm, the project will ‘create a high-density development sympathetic to the existing urban grain through its form and use of materials’.
