Stride Treglown scoops planning for Bournemouth Hospital addition

AJ100 big hitter Stride Treglown has won planning for a new haematology, oncology and women’s health unit at Royal Bournemouth Hospital

The 2,200m² Jigsaw Building by Bristol-headquartered Stride Treglown received planning last week.

Clad in coloured panels, the £5million building features clinical accommodation spread over two storeys.

Director for healthcare at the AJ100 top ten ranked outfit, Darren Wilkins described the concept as a ‘unique building on an otherwise homogenous site.’

The project is due to start on site this autumn and is expected to complete in December 2014.
