Squire finishes refurb of Lasdun Softley building

Squire and Partners has completed the refurb of a Denys Lasdun Peter Softley & Associates building in the City of London

Squire and Partners has completed the refurbishment of Denys Lasdun Peter Softley & Associates’ Milton Gate building in the City of London.

Designed in 1988, the building had 15,000m2 of office space over nine floors and was one of the first triple-skin ventilated facade buildings in the country.

Commissioned by Exemplar Properties, Squire and Partners has infilled the building’s corner entrances to provide a more prominent central entrance and increased the office area to 17,400m2.
