mixed-use office and retail development at 125 High Holborn was granted consent by Camden council.
The scheme, which is on a site bounded by Southampton Row, High Holborn and Southampton Place, will be spread across five floors behind both new and retained facades.
On Southampton Row, the building is set back above the third floor with emphasis on the stone mullions to correspond to adjoining Georgian terraces.
The new office entrance will be located on Southampton Place, maximising the potential for attracting shoppers from the busier pedestrian routes of High Holborn and Southampton Row.
