Architect, Steven Kearney BA (Hons) Dip Arch RIBA, Chairman of the South Essex Chapter of Architects, has been announced as the new Chairman of the Royal Institute of British Architects (RIBA) East, which consists of c 2,500 registered members and 255 practices in the region. Steven takes up the post this month as incumbent Chairman, David Thompson, stands down.
