Estates Design Services.— John Radcliffe Hospital, Oxford.— Churchill Hospital, Oxford.— Horton Hospital, Banbury.The Trust is seeking design consultancy services for new build (approx 15 %) and refurbishment projects (approx 85 %). This will include, but not be limited to, architectural, mechanical, electrical and structural design services along with building surveying, project management, CDMC & Access Consultancy services.
