Open City launches next Green Sky Thinking week

Green Sky Thinking, the annual celebration of eco-design, will take place from 28 April – 2 May 2014

More than 30 firms have signed up to the week-long series of events, including David Kohn Architects, Hopkins, PTEa, Architype, Cullinan Studio, AHMM, and Hugh Broughton Architects.

Open City is looking for architects to get involved in the programme of events, now in its fourth year.

Director of Open City, Victoria Thornton said: ‘We have had huge interest from companies across the construction industry to take part in this year’s Green Sky Thinking. We’re keen to have architects of all sizes on board, and are encouraging younger and smaller practices to get in touch and be part of the event.’

The 2014 Green Sky Thinking programme will focus on the future viability of London to adapt creating a liveable and resilient city.
