Thomas Beney joins Grace Lea Associates

Grace Lea Associates has appointed Thomas Beney as Development Executive.

Formerly of Gleeds, Beney was responsible for setting up their sustainability group and initiating a number of key environmental measures which were rolled out within the entire group.

At Grace Lea Associates , Tom will be principally involved with the conversion of a £100 million portfolio of London hotels to serviced apartments.
