The London office of HKR Architects, the award winning international architecture and design practice, has appointed Hin Sim as Architect Director. He joins the retail team - led by Director Jim Duffy - and will specialise in retail-led, mixed-use schemes.
Hin Sim was previously at retail developers Westfield Shoppingtowns Ltd, leading the concept design on one of the largest retail-led mixed-use projects in the UK: Stratford City, next to the London 2012 Olympic village. He now has over 15 years of retail and commercial mixed-use experience.
Hin Sim is one of 11 new appointments that have joined the HKR London office in recent months meaning the office has grown from 45 to 66 members of staff over the past year. Other new appointments include architect Jacqueline See and interior designers Carla Bianchi and Paul Savage
