Michael Harper, Head of Rights of Light, overseas a team of over 45 professional daylight and sunlight experts, who are supported by the largest team of CAD specialists in the industry. Working closely with clients such as Candy & Candy, Land Securities and British Land on projects including One Hyde Park and Beetham Tower, the team provides tactical advice to maximise site potential.
Stuart Hart
Head of Building Consultancy, Stuart Hart, joins GIA from Frankhams to deliver the new refurbishment design and project management service for commercial and residential developments. Recent high profile schemes include Land Securities' Haymarket House and 40 Lime Street. Hart has worked in the commercial market for over 10 years, predominantly as a project manager for refurbishment, renovation and building works.
