Hoare Lea Consulting Engineers announces that Matthew Heaman has accepted an invitation to become a Partner of the firm.

Heaman joined the firm as an undergraduate engineer in 1989. He was promoted to Associate in 2002 and has successfully run a multidisciplinary team in Bristol for the past two years.
