Michael Laird satisfies Royal Bank of Scotland

The award for client satisfaction in the Building Performance Awards has gone to Michael Laird Architects for its building at Gogarburn, Edinburgh, for the Royal Bank of Scotland.

Presented at MIPIM last week, the prize went to the practice because its out-of-town campus building scored an overall satisfaction rating of 86 per cent in post-occupancy evaluation.
