Lyall's Chatham waterfront scheme gets green light

John Lyall Architects has received planning permission for this £25 million mixed-use regeneration scheme on the Chatham waterfront, in Kent

The development will feature a series of buildings including a 80-bed hotel and 111 apartments’ with town and river’ views.

John Lyall hopes the scheme will kick-start the regeneration of the entire waterfront.

The project covers two sites which are owned by Medway Council and A2 Dominion. Both sites are currently used mainly as carparks with some commercial units.
