Llewelyn Davis Yeang

Llewelyn Davies Yeang (LDY) has announced the appointment of Aurore Julien as Head of Sustainability.

Julien is joining LDY from RambollWhitbybird (RWB) where she led sustainability, winning Sustainability Designer of the Year awards in both 2006 and 2007. Whilst at RWB, Julien worked on a variety of projects, including schools, hospitals, residential masterplans and offices both in the UK and abroad. Julien also worked on the successful Upton Site C project in Northampton, which won the Housing Design Award 2006.

Julien, as a BREEAM assessor, will strengthen and support an already thriving group. Her extensive research into many aspects of eco and sustainable design, including working with natural light and the use of natural ventilation, will bolster existing projects at LDY and id the company in creating progressive solutions that address the problems to sustainable architecture. Julien will also use her expertise to advise potential clients, architects and designers, and build business in other market sectors.
