Suppliers wishing to tender for this project are required to complete and return a pre-qualification questionnaire (PQQ) by noon 16 June 2008 as specified in point IV.3.4. Tenders will be invited from a short list of applicants. The short list will include the strongest applicants based on the objective criteria as specified in point IV.1.2 and evaluated by means of the pre-qualification questionnaire and interview.
