The Authority is currently in negotiations with Birmingham City Council to purchase an interest in and thereafter develop a plot of land at Clyde Tower, Birmingham. Once the Authority has procured the demolition of existing structures on the plot of land, the Authority envisages procuring the construction of an iconic building for approximately 60-100 housing units
