Hoare Lea appoints new partners

Hoare Lea has announced that David Armstrong, Colm Dougan, Rupert Horne and Dominic Meyrick have accepted invitations to join the Partnership.

David Armstrong joined the firm in 1966 as a senior engineer. He has worked on a variety of healthcare, commercial offices, industrial and education projects. Recently completed projects include the Wythenshawe Cardiac Centre which incorporates a biomass boiler plant as the lead heat source.

Armstrong will continue to operate from Hoare Lea's Manchester office where he runs a multi-disciplinary project team. He will also have specific responsibilities for healthcare projects for the Manchester office.
