Formation to build on The Office's Slough site

Formation Architects has received planning permission for this landmark building on the site made famous by Ricky Gervais' comedy series The Office.

The 17,500m2 Octagon office development for client Scottish Widows, is the first for Formation since it changed its name from Halpern Architects in July.

The new-build office accommodation - described as a 'marker for the regeneration of the centre of Slough' - will be in two separate eight and 10-storey buildings that will be linked by shared central cores.
