TateHindle completes City refurb

TateHindle has unwrapped this renovation of a seven storey office block in the City of London

Smithfield-based TateHindle has refurbished and reconfigured the 6225m² office block at One Aldermanbury Square in central London, adding a full office floor plate on the sixth floor to increase usable space.

Externally the redesigned facade retains much of the existing Bath stone cladding with the fenestration reconfigured and the fifth floor dormers remodelled.

The scheme for EPIC UK features Bateig Blue stone flooring and a specially commissioned artwork by Nobuhiro Nakanishi.
