Stiff + Trevillion unwraps aluminium-clad Southwark offices

Stiff + Trevillion Architects has completed this £8million office block in Southwark, London

Built on the site of a former petrol station, the seven-storey building contains 2,025m² of office space.

The block continues the height of an existing row of four-storey buildings and rises to seven storeys at the northern end of the site.

Constructed with an insitu reinforced-concrete frame, which is exposed internally, the building is clad with a grey-blue anodised-aluminium façade that includes decorative vertical fin sunshading.
