HOK unveils Mayfair office block

HOK has completed this £18 million mixed-use building opposite Claridge’s Hotel in Mayfair, London

The six-storey building at 29-37 Davies Street houses 2,700m² office space above shops on the ground floor.

Built in a conservation area for developers Grosvenor Estate and Stow, the building aims to ‘reflect the spirit and exclusivity of the neighbourhood’.

The sustainable office achieved a BREEAM ‘Excellent’ rating at the design stage.

Architect’s view

Larry Malcic, director of design, HOK

‘HOK London has a strong track record of creating distinctive mixed use projects across the globe.

‘We are delighted to be unveiling Davies Street and believe the resulting space will stay true to the traditional character of the surrounding area while creating modern and dynamic office and retail spaces.’
