Haverstock has completed this Special Needs school in Streatham Hill, South London

The £10 million school, called Livity, will provide early Learning and Key Stage 1 and 2 (ages 2-11) eductaion for children with autistic spectrum disorders and profound multiple learing difficulties.

The school is stacked over three stories connected by a ramped elevated walkway that has 360 degree views of school’s key learning areas.

The first floor is cantilevered over the ground floor on three of the building’s facades to create covered drop-off, car parking and play spaces. This storey is clad in stainless steel panels that are perforated to spell out the schools name in Braille.
