EPR joins Women in Architecture partnership programme

  • Comment

The AJ100 practice has signed up as a proud supporter of the AJ’s campaign for equality in architecture

EPR architects, based in London’s Millbank, said that it was keen to see more women join and succeed in the profession and contribute to improving recognition and attitudes across the industry of the valuable contribution women make to architecture.

Caroline Torres, the practice’s marketing manager, said: ‘We are proud to support the AJ campaign to raise the profile of women in architecture. The success of EPR Architects is attributable to our talented and dedicated staff irrespective of gender.’

AJ editor Christine Murray, added: ‘We welcome EPR’s support as a partner in our campaign. Not only does it mark the practice out as an enlightened employer in the construction industry, but it will also help the AJ continue to campaign for equal pay and recognition for women in architecture.’

The firm is the latest practice to come on board as a partner, following PTEa’s signing, announced yesterday (AJ 16.01.13).

How to join the programme:

If your practice would like to take a more active role in promoting change by supporting the work we do, there is still time to sign up to our programme.

Practices that sign up as supporters of the campaign will enjoy benefits including a table for 10 at the inspiring awards luncheon at the Langham Hotel, early booking to all AJ Women in Architecture seminars and talks, access to the AJ’s future mentorship programme, your practice listed on all AJ Women in Architecture publicity material, and an AJ Women in Architecture ‘proud supporter’ logo for your website and email signature.
