The premises will accommodate General Practice Surgery, Allied Health Practitioners, Drug and Alcohol Services and a Community Nursing base.

A preferred site has been identified (part green field part brown field) but full involvement of all stakeholders will be required to develop the initial brief to ensure all client requirements are met.

The architect is to employ or engage as sub contractors, mechanical and electrical services engineers, CDM co-ordinator, civil and structural engineers and other specialist consultants they deem necessary.
