The Board seeks to appoint an architect to design and administer the procurement of and lead the design team for the development of new premises for the provision of community based Primary Care medical services. The premises will accommodate General Practice Surgery, Allied Health Practitioners, Drug and Alcohol Services and a Community Nursing base.
