Design Services for Performing Arts Centre/Learning Centre, Walsall Campus, University of Wolverhampton

Expressions of interest are invited from suitably qualified and experienced consultants to provide professional design consultancy services in respect of the proposed Performing Arts Facility/Learning Centre at the University of Wolverhampton's Walsall Campus.

The project is a new-build facility to provide state-of-the-art general teaching accommodation and specialist accommodation for the School of Performing Arts (NOT including a theatre) along with a new Learning Centre for the Campus. The objective is to provide a building of high architectural quality which will achieve a BREEAM Excellent rating.
Applications are invited from architects to act as lead consultant and design leader to provide a full design package incorporating M&E, structural engineering and landscape design services.

Estimated value excluding VAT: between £13,000,000 and £14,000,000.

Limitations on the number of operators who will be invited to tender or to participate: Envisaged minimum number: 5. Maximum number: 8.
