Derby- framework agreement for housing and community amenities.

Quantum seeking a number of consultants in the following categories: — Architects. — Cost Consultants, Employers Agents and Project Managers.Individual projects are expected to have build values ranging from less than 500 000GBPto projects in excess of 5 000 000GBP.

The consortium currently operates within the geographical area of East and West Midlands, ranging from Sheffield in the north to Milton Keynes in the South. Approximately 80 % of current activity takes place within the East Midlands. The consortium are actively seeking to grow both member numbers and scale of activity and future projects under this framework agreement may occur outside of these geographical boundaries and for other contracting authorities (either Quantum members or other interested parties).

The framework agreement is for 4 years and has an estimated total value of approximately £10 000 000GBP. Please note this estimate is based on currently available information and is provided in good faith. The final value of the framework may vary, and Quantum does not commit to provide any specific framework partner with guaranteed business. Specific projects will be awarded through mini-competitions to be held amongst framework partners. Framework partners (successful bidders) will contract directly with relevant Quantum members or other contracting authorities using the framework.
