Works in Corian by an impressive range of architects and designers will be auctioned in Brussels, Belgium, on 18 December.

Pierre Bergé & Associés will auction a selection of installations and designs created specially for various international events and exhibitions to promote the design versatility of  the solid surface material. Pierre Bergé & Associés  is a Belgian auction house with significant strength in the field of design.

A desk and a bench that Zaha Hadid designed for the Milan Furniture Fair in 2006 will be among the stars of the auction.

Also up for auction will be installations by Ron Arad, called 'Upperworld Hotel; Battersea Power Station' and the Vitamin Bar created by James Irvine for Milan in 2003.
