RMJM wins thumbs-up for Irish university building

RMJM has won the green light from Galway City Council for its £40 million National University of Ireland Engineering Building. 

 

Designed in partnership with Irish firm Taylor Architects, the scheme will unite the university's five engineering departments and their 1,100 students, who are currently spread over 13 different sites.

The 14,200m2 new building is scheduled for completion in summer 2010.
