This Squire and Partners scheme for the redevelopment of 5 Hanover Square, central London, has been granted planning consent.
The 8,000m2 mixed-use development – which will largely be constructed with black brick – will replace an existing 1960s building.
The project is a joint venture between developers Mitsui Fudosan UK and Stanhope.
