Michael Drain Architects has gained planning permission for its £200 million Coolmore Estate project in Seaham, east Durham.

The huge development will be a centre of 'creative excellence' for the film industry and will house Studios - including an external film set with 'blue screen' technology - education facilities, student accommodation and hotel and leisure facilities. |
