Speaking of the award, gm+ad partner Alan Dunlop, said: 'Naturally we're delighted. It's strange these days to have an exhibition on architecture where the architect has actually drawn the work on show, so it's good to see a recognition of craft.
'We're also pleased that a project in Glasgow is getting this honour; the city is producing cutting-edge contemporary architecture at the moment which is reflecting well on Scotland internationally.'
