Taylor Young has unveiled its £50 million proposals for Hugh Baird College in Liverpool.
The new building, which is jointly funded by the college and the Learning and Skills Council, will sit on an abandoned site at the corner of South Park, close to Bootle town centre.
Due to open in 2011, the project is about to go out for public consultation.
