having spent a few hours there yesterday being messed about by BA and BAA i can confirm that the building may well work like clockwork if the overrall intention was to create a space serving to increase frustration and discomfort for passengers whilst providing ample room for cretinous people to go about their work inefficiently and without thought for the paying customer.

Parts of T5 did work from day ONE!
