Chetwoods Architects has unveiled its design for a $300 million (£150 million) retreat for world leaders in Nevada, USA.
The spherical, six-storey Universitas Leadership Sanctuary complex has been described as a 'giant flower' with petals that collect solar, hydro and wind energy.
The scheme will sit above a dam 17km from Las Vegas.
