This is Squire and Partners' design for a new headquarters for public-services union Unison, on Euston Road, north London, which has won the thumbs-up from planners.

The mixed-use scheme – which is next to the Grade II-listed former Elizabeth Garrett Anderson Hospital – is due to complete in 2010.
