Conran & Partners has received outline planning permission for this Cardiff scheme – which will feature the tallest building in Wales.
The scheme features two towers – one at 33 storeys and one at 28 storeys – with the taller, 122m-tall, £100 million residential tower to house 491 flats with views over Cardiff Bay.
The scheme is part of the £500 million Bay Pointe waterfront development at Cardiff's International Sports Village, which has been masterplanned by Atkins.
